rooms were spacious, good breakfast, location good, walkable distance to night market, but toilet was congested, no place to hold toilet paper, water from bathing area is entering the toilet area and soap holders etc are broken.

Very poor customer service of Make my trip

I had booked a room for 2 nights. On the first day, there was no buffet — only a limited set menu with three food options to choose from. On the second day, they served a buffet. We were also given a different room than the one we had booked. I raised a complaint with MakeMyTrip, and they assured me that they would call back after checking with the hotel, but I never received any follow-up call.
