Novotel Phu Quoc Resort

Novotel phu quoc is very far from main city and nothing much there outside to explore and enjoy. Phu quoc in october is cery vety hot and saltry. Its very very quite place & a huge property. After 6. 30pm nothing happens here. This Novotel Phu Quoc Resort neither give buffet lunch or dinner and offer very limited food menu. Per day per room Novotel Phu Quoc Resort gives only 2 750ml mineral water bottles which is very insufficient. Rooms are of big sizes and with high level of cleanliness and maintaince. Staff is very very helpful and courtiest. English speaking is big problem. Best way to maintain conversation by google translate app. My observation is one can stay there max 2 nights.

Novotel Phu Quoc Resort offers a serene and well-maintained environment with a range of amenities suitable for various travellers. While the resort excels in cleanliness and wide range of facilities. Excellent location. Has two big swimming pools one right across the beach. very beautiful, clean and tidy property with excellent supportive staff. they have a travel desk to sort out local sight seeing and cab booking. Food menu although restricted as per the country flavour has something for both India non vegetarian and vegetarian. all in all a very delightful stay.

Location is excellent although the beach is not very neat and clean Food is awesome with variety of cuisine Great property to enjoy with kids due to availability of lovely soft play areas and sports facilities, amazing pools Location is great as located in the middle of every place to be visited The property itself is a day trip as there are multiple things to enjoy

The Novotel Phu Quoc Resort was very big. Very easy access to the beach where you can spend quality time at anytime. The pool was also so big. The restaurant specially made vegetarian food for us which was very sweet but still they should start making more vegetarian food so that people can also enjoy it more.

The resort is excellent overall, with a great swimming pool and beautiful sea views. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is enjoyable. However, the wi-fi is very poor, the room is below expectations, and the shower is not satisfactory.

The property is located on the beautiful beach and has all amenities you would look for, two swimming pool, restaurant serving all cuisines and well setup rooms. Near by market makes the place lively and let's you access lots to explore.

Very nice stay at Novotel Phu Quoc Resort/ resort. It has everything what we need for my family. Both kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room service and people were very nice and cooperative.

The property was awesome and the hospital of the staff was overwhelming. The location, cleanliness and food was very good. Only hickup was a little confusion while checking in. However it was solved by a call to MakeMyTrip. T

It was amazing experience to staying with novotel. Staff and services was great, just one suggestion please check there ac and we had to change our room after one day because ac was not working properly in the room.

Nice experience, excellent location and good welcoming staff there is direct access to the beach which is very good. Wi-fi is a bit slow need to improve on the speed otherwise very nice resort.

It was really great staying there .but food options are limited.Location is best.You can travel free to grandworld and vinwonders through vinbus.

Excellent property to stay with amazing food and breakfast options! I have had the best Vietnamese coffee and Pho at their restaurant.. Their private beach is very beautiful.. absolutely loved the property! Will definitely visit again

great amenities and nice clean rooms provided. but small issue is with food.. they should add indian breakfast in there buffet menu.. like dosa , idli, parata, poori etc
