Rejected our booking-Worst experience

When we got into the hotel they said they have not recieved the booking and rejected our stay at the property and then after showing our confirmation they sent us to another apartment like stay. we had actually booked for 5 people 2 rooms with one extra bed. BUT THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE ANY EXTRA BED. The stay was pathetic and completely ruined our day. I suggest not to take this property.
