everything is very excellent . The location is very good , nearby everywhere. I can find everything I want very easily

Room facilities and staff are good but extremely extremely small room size in comparison to room rate. No space to move about. Room 502 is absolutely a cage due to it's wardrobe alignment.

just about average. what room I selected was not given on 1st night. it was only 1 box room with no space to keep or open bags . breakfast was absolutely limited option meaning for us veggies it's some fruits toast butter and fried rice 2nd night they gave us the bigger room which had queen bed hence was better food quality served was ok with very ltd options

Good stay at hanoi close to old quarters, so beer street and train street are at walking distance. H has good connectivity to airport

Staff is very good rooms are quite small breakfast doesn’t have various options overall 5/4 staff is very good and near indian restaurant

Hotel is budget hotel. Very near to old quarter. However rooms are tiny. A bit old. Breakfast was good just the minimum. Approach small roads as most in old quarter are. Can't grumble. It's ok for a day.
