cheating, no service even no any service counter

No more service, no any person for room help, only one person for key handling and he is also badly behaviour, o bathroom clean, kitchen its too bad. Room not good as per photos

The apartment mentioned in the photos is not at all similar to what they have given. The owner is extremely rude. There are wires hanging from the ceiling, extremely dirty, mold in bathroom, super small rooms. The owner did not even refund .
