Their staff made my day special (big thank you to luis at the front desk! i was thankful for the 24hour coffee tea and water ( which surprisingly not all Petite Auberges provide in (san fran. On top of that the complimentary wine and nibbles in the evening was a super surprise. The rooms are well appointed and i had a comfortable stay. Will definitely book again if and when back in this city.
