Super location and the staff were extremely courteous. Was a welcome change after Las Vegas where everything was chargeable including a couple of hours extension on check-in or check-out timings. The front desk manager was was welcoming and immediately gave us both our rooms despite us being way ahead of our check-in time. Location is central and walking distance from Union Square which is where the hop-on, hop-off stop is.

Super clean and functional. Rooms were surprisingly large and location was perfect. Staff was very professional too. Definitely staying here next time as well.
