Worst hotel and very bad experience with this one

coupleThe worst hotel of my life. Housekeeping was rude and unprofessional. The rooms were very stinky and dirty. We requested a non-smoking room but were given one with an overwhelming smoke smell. This caused me to fall sick and vomit multiple times. Despite informing the manager, no action was taken. The breakfast was rotten and old. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the most terrible and bad experience I've ever had at a hotel. The elevator was not working, and the smell throughout the hotel was so bad that I had to take medicine for my headache and vomiting. YUK AND BAD AND THE WORST HOTEL. The washroom was so filthy that no one could bathe in it. There were lots of hair in the bathtub, and when we asked housekeeping to clean it, they started screaming and throwing tantrums. To top it off, the coffee machine was in the washroom, right next to the toilet seat. Who makes coffee in the washroom next to a toilet? Avoid this hotel at all costs.

soloPl don't go by ramada name and book this hotel. Very poor experience. Not maintained properly, though staff seemed to be helpful, the property is in very bad shape and not recommended

Overall it was not up to the mark. A hotel like Ramada. I didn't expect such a bad experience.
There was no room service and the breakfast was not up to the mark and also it used to get finished before the time forcing us to eat whatever was left. Please look into the matter. Thanks.
