Best place if u are visiting New York without making hole in pockets. Best part of this is that it's near By all prime tourists spots. Like freedom tower, New Yoyork stock exchanges, New Jersey Brooklyn etc. U name it you can go. Cherry on top is that the staff are so friendly and helpful that you will never feel like you are out

Hotel was accomodating, allowed for early check in and amenities were beyond satisfactory (towels, hot water, drinking water. Room space was very small and there was construction next to the building so it was a little cramped and noisy, but overall a good stay

We a family of 3 stayed in some 6 Four Points By Sheraton New York Downtowns over three weeks in the us and by far this came ac-cross the best one. Very convenient location with a customer emphatic staff. Kevin at the front desk was excellent as a hospitality professional. These guys seemed apt in valuing a guest.
