Upon my check-in, I was told to pay a deposit in cash because that would be easier for me to have my money returned quicker. On the day of checkout, I was given an envelope which contained 5 twenties. When I left the hotel and arrived at the airport, I learned I was given a counterfeit 20 after trying to make a purchase. I immediately contacted the hotel and was talked to rudely. I had to call back later to speak to someone else because the person who I spoke to earlier said the manager would call but no one did. I was placed on hold twice for over 10 minutes each time before speaking to someone about my issue. I live in Memphis and was told to mail the fake twenty back. Not sure if I will receive my money back.

Horrible staff!

Staff are thieves and extremely nasty. They will steal your deposit and have some type of deal worked out with local pd to enter and lock people out of their room when they're still in it. The woman was threatening me at the desk and the cops asked me to leave, telling me they wouldn't file a report.
