Great casino, good hotel, very poor room amenities

My recent experience at the conrad leas vegas left me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated. Despite their claims of valuing time, the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hilton failed to deliver on multiple fronts, starting with the inconvenient location of the rooms. Out of the five rooms we had purchased, an astonishing four of them were situated at the end of corridors on different floors. This meant that it took a good two minutes to reach our room from the lift each time, which was highly inconvenient and time-consuming. It was perplexing that a Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hilton supposedly focused on valuing time would provide such poorly located accommodations and be unwilling to change them, regardless of cost. Adding to the disappointment was the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hilton's so-called "high-class technology" which turned out to be outdated and unreliable. The key cards they provided deactivated if they came into contact with a phone or credit card for a mere second. This left us constantly worried about accidental deactivation and inconvenienced by the need to find a safe place to keep our key cards. It was puzzling that a Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hilton claiming to prioritize technology would not invest in more secure and convenient access systems. The unhelpful attitude of the staff and Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hilton management further contributed to our disappointment. One morning, we simply requested a glass of warm water, expecting a basic amenity that any Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hilton would readily provide. However, we were informed that we needed to go to the starbucks on the ground floor just to obtain hot water. This lack of basic service and unwillingness to accommodate simple requests was unacceptable. Additionally, it was surprising to find that the rooms did not have a kettle or coffee machine, which are standard amenities in even a three or four star Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hilton. This further exemplified the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hilton's disregard for guest convenience and comfort. Overall, the conrad leas vegas failed to live up to its promises of valuing time and providing high-class technology. The inconvenient room locations, the issue with key cards, and the lack of basic amenities like a kettle or coffee machine in the room were all major disappointments. The unhelpful staff and management further exacerbated the negative experience. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hiltons in leas vegas that prioritize guest satisfaction, convenience, and efficient service. The conrad leas vegas fell far short of expectations and left us with a lasting impression of disappointment and frustration
Superb property

I did some research and realised most of the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hiltons in vegas are older and many have changed ownership and had renovations and while a few sound nice. The conrad is new and brilliant - we had a king suite which was gorgeous and the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World by Hilton has every amenity. The only shortfall is that it is at the north end of the strip which makes you a bit delinked from the hustle and bustle on the strip like mgm or venetian and others. There is no indian food nearby either and personally i prefer our food so was not too please to eat burgers and pasta for 3 days !
