The location is great, staff is very polite and cordial...Sheraton Grand Los Angeles is clean, may be they need to give free WiFi in the room, charging for WiFi for a room rent. Of $250 is not acceptable.
Charging for WiFi could be a show stopper in the future specially when you are shelling out $250 per night
The charging points next to bed were not working and the water pressure in bathing room could be improved.

The staff at sheraton are very polite and will try to accommodate all your reasonable requests. The rooms were neat and well kept and the location is in a nice neighborhood of downtown loss angeles.

Wonderful experience staying in Downtown LA amazing breakfast and clean stay. The location was wonderful and close to all major down town hangout spots.
