Kind of ok, no shuttle service before 10 am which is strange. Only reason this hotel was booked for getting the free airport transfer but this timings were not mentioned anywhere there is no room service person as well to help with luggage overall not a great experience

The Hotel was great for the prices of Ramada by Wyndham Jersey Citys in NYC, clean and breakfast was great, though vegetarians might not find a lot of options. The rooms were large and Ramada by Wyndham Jersey City was safe, only a 7 min watch from the Journal Square PATH train station. Only issue was there was no complimentary water present so we had to fill our bottles outside or buy water bottles
