Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago River North

The best part of this property is its location. It is centrally located. Clerk street is one of the most important streets of Chicago Downtown. All public transportation is at walking distance. While Subway, Bus easily available; I recommend to explore most of the locations by walk. It will be lot of fun to walk on the footpath of Chicago Downtown.

It is a good Property. Centrally located. Very convenient to get Public Transportation. If you are open to walk then it will be fun and very interesting to explore multiple attractions by walk.

The best part is the location. It is heart of the Downtown. Very convenient location. You will get CTA buses for most of the corners of the city. Other factors are also very good like hygiene, cleanliness, furniture etc. are very good. Reasonably breakfast but they should consider serving hot milk in breakfast.

It was superb. Food and the ambience were excellent. Amenities in the room were just enough for my 6 night stay.

I had an extremely unpleasant and disappointing stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton. The room service and housekeeping were terrible. Despite multiple complaints at the front desk, my issues were ignored and never resolved. The breakfast options were extremely limited for vegetarians, and the staff at the breakfast area were rude and unprofessional. One lady in charge misbehaved several times and refused to provide her name when asked. Moreover she interrupted at the breakfast area.Most of the food was non-vegetarian, and they removed fruits from the tray as soon as we arrived. They refused to listen to our requests and simply denied everything. The bathroom was unclean, with poor drainage and a broken sliding door that couldn’t be locked. I complained at the front desk, but no one was sent to fix it. The WiFi connectivity was terrible, with extremely low speed, making it impossible to work on my laptop. The connection kept dropping, causing me to waste valuable business hours and suffer losses. I did not expect such a horrible experience from a reputed brand like Hilton. I will never recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton to anyone!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and warm, making it feel just like home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Breakfast options are very limited. Room cleaning is not daily. Toiletries are not filled even after request. Only room is good

The hotel is great, clean room and located in a very good location. The front deck personnel did a fantastic job.
