Selected it for location but found to be very good on all fronts. Service is very prompt with great ease of check in and check out. Response time to need is quick. Room is well furnished. It is good for business as well as family stay purpose. Value for money

I enjoyed watching views from room, can see river with boats passing and at night can see buildings like trump tower, Chicago tribune, and more .. They charge extra $30 for room with view as my assigned room had no views.

Some observations breakfast menu repeatedly same. Room basic things like toiletries, water etc need to be ordered on demand. Didn’t like open cupboard concept in the room. Hospitality good, ambience excellent.
