The staff was not so welcoming the hotel room cleaning is done only after 4 days we were not happy with this the room aminities were not so good

It is just next to the North western medical hospital and in the magnificent mile. The stay was comfortable, cozy and convenient.

Pathetic service from mm t zero communication
The hotel booking was cancel-led from make my trip a month ago and i was never communicated. At the hotel they denied the checking mentioning the same. Terrible service from mm t i was at the property waiting for the team to fix. Then they gave a 6000 rs extra coverage which is nothing considering that i had to pay $300 for hotel room as it was new years eve.
