There was an unhappy and unpleasent experience while stay at the HILTON property.
We are not satisfied with the room services and house keeping services because the intercom system is not working anymore during my whole stay at the hotel property. I complaint at the front desk but they ignored and didn't resolve my issue
There was very less vegetarian options at breakfast, moreover the staff on duty at the breakfast area was rude and one lady misbehaved many times.There is a lady who takes care of this breakfast meals , she is much rude and non sense. She didn't know how to cooperative and satisfy the guests. Also, when I asked her for name ,She didn't tell me anymore.
Most of the food was non vegetarian and they didn't provide fruits and salad on request,even they didn't want to listen and they simply denied everytime.
Bathroom and bathing area are not much clean and waste water was not completely drained out. I complaint at the desk and they ignored my request and unable to resolve it.
Also , wifi connectivity is very poor.
The speed of the internet is much low and I am unable to do my office work on laptop. My business hours are wasted due to this and I faced much difficulties and loss.Most of times wifi was not working and showing reconnecting!!
So , i didn't expect this worst experience in my lifetime during stay at property from big brand like HILTON.
I didn't recommend anyone to stay at HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON , HILTON HONORS OR GARDEN INN OR HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON ETC ...HILTON BRANDS!!
