Good location but poor service and under staffed hotel

Location is good but service is very poor. Grossly understaffed. No drop area for cars or taxis or luggage. No doorman or concierge. Poor housekeeping response. Hotel is run by a few young girls who try their very best to do everything right from helping with luggage to check in and house keeping!
