Terrible Stay
My stay at Point A Canary Wharf was quite poor. I was given room in basement (which was horrible) as I could not share my preference and had I known that I am getting a basement room, I would have booked another hotel. Secondly there was tons of drainage water noise throughout the night through the walls of the room. My room number was 14. On raising this with folks at reception, they clearly refused that they can't help which is a disaster especially when you have paid to get a comfortable sleep. I would not recommend it at all.
