Great location, below average room experience

property location is amazing, central to everything Greenwich has to offer. Hospitality is absolutely zero, the room didn't even have a proper air conditioner and had to keep my window open with a fan in order to avoid suffocation. Good property if travelling alone and just need a central place to crash but not with family. I would have expected something better for the money paid.
