Manager was awesome

The Manager is a charming person. He listen to your requirements very carefully and try to fulfill all for them at the best. He was very helpful in keeping our luggage with him while we moved forward to Scotland and Ireland to later come back to London. We had long chats over a drink about UK. Hotel location has very good connectivity to London center by bus and tube. Overall, manager is the reason I would visit this hotel again.
