Great location, good hotel

Very well located and connected. Good service. Air conditioning could have been better.
The room was terribly warm and air conditioning did not work well. When asked was told the winter temperatures are now on even though it was warm outside. Other than the fact that it was too warm for the weather, and that there were no free bottle of water, it was a good stay.

Hotel is in an amazing location just minutes away from kings station. Room was quite comfortable and staff was quite courteous and friendly.

Very well located Pullman London St Pancras right next to king’s cross. Extremely convenient, especially as a transit. Front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful, in spite of our late check-in time at 10pm.
