DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London -Tower of London

They asked us to upgrade the room for 90 pounds for 3 nights and then gave the room were heater was not working, flush was very hard and you have to flush atleast 3-4 times, they didn’t removed the trash from the room daily, there were no toiletries and when requested for shower cap they brought it to the room atleast an hour later. After multiple complains about heater for which they constantly will be fixed in an hour they gave a room heater on the last day.

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, Tower of London. The location is absolutely perfect..just a short walk from the Tower and with easy access to the rest of the city and Tube Station. The room was spacious enough , comfortable, and well-kept, making it a great base to come back to after exploring London. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip..

Wonderful experience . Rooms were of decent size , bed was extremely comfortable and food was very good . Glad we made this choice of staying in this hotel

It’s a good hotel. The location is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast buffet is good but they can try rotating some dishes. The only issue I faced was with dental and shaving kit. But otherwise it was a comfortable and memorable stay.

It was a pleasant stay. Location is excellent. Breakfast buffet is pretty good, but they could keep rotating some items for long stay guests. Service is good and staff is friendly. Dental and shaving kit was a bit inconvenient to use. Rooms are very nice. Overall, it was a comfortable experience.

The hotel and facilities are great but makemytrip has been completely ignorant. Took the money from me during my booking and did not make a payment to the hotel. I had to pay again at the hotel for my stay. Complete nonsense from makemytrip as a travel partner

It’s a huge hotel on the outside but the rooms are small. You carry your own luggage to your room and basically everything is a help yourself kind of mode. Luckily we were out all day anyway so we didn’t feel it much.

Property is very close to business addresses and also tourist attractions so a good place to club casual with work.

Location: perfect, food not tried, amenities par excellent, services beyond comparison we needed first in the late night hours and it was promptly provided and attended by mr zakir a noble soul with caring attitude and empathy flows naturally from his actions god bless him

Found the hotel location as perfect, had walkable distance to tower bridge, tower of london, shard. It also had a very good roof top lounge.

We booked standard rooms but when we told them that we are staying for 4 days, they upgraded us to executive room. The executive rooms were spacious and on higher floors with excellent view of tower of london bridge. Excellent location, good spread in breakfast. Helped us in early check in and we were offered hilt-on executive longe for wait period which was very pleasant surprise.

Heating system was very poor. Ac cum heater was not working at all. Quilt was too thin/not enough warm.

Excellent for short stay. Amazing food at natural kitchen.

Initially we have been provided a very small room facing internally. It gave us a very unwelcome feeling. However, next day we have been provided a slightly bigger room facing outward on a higher floor.
This is a good business hotel. Conveniently located.

The hotel was nice and the staff was courteous. The food was OK. Location was great. Few things could have been better like complimentary water bottles were not provided everyday. The breakfast buffet was OK.
