The experience was decent location is also decent could have been a bit more updated considering it’s a 4 star property and priced so high

The hotel has a great location, right next to the bus stop and the rooms are quite nice as well. However, what is lacking is the basic standard of hospitality. The staff members are reluctant to move an inch, and ask you to come down to the lobby for any requirement. Disappointed with their service. But otherwise a great property.

During my recent hotel stay, i had a neutral experience. Most of the staff’s were polite and professional, but even after requesting for a early checkin there was no communication from the hotel whether thats possible or not. And there was one incident where i was waiting near lift and there were coffe and tea kept near. There was no instructions displayed about who can use it. And when i took some there was this staff named sujith, who was very rude and asked me to leave the half consumed cup there. The face he made while talking and the way he talked made me feel like i did some terrible mistake and embarrassed myself. I wont be booking next time.

The hotel is very nice, the duty manager at the time of our check in was very sweet and helpful. All in all the price was reasonable for a central london hotel and the breakfast was also good.

Great location, great service by staff. The hotel provides bottles of water and the housekeeping service is very quick. Really appreciate the staff there. The staff who helped us with the luggage was also fantastic and very polite and welcoming. Overall, loved the service of the staff. The hotel is located at walking distance from regents park and lords stadium and johns wood road which is great for shopping too. Many great superstores such as panzer located there. Only disadvantage is the size of the room. It was really small. If you have a lot of luggage, it can feel cramped.

Location of the hotel is good. Staff is friendly. Rooms are modern and clean. Ample supply of complimentary tea, coffee and water in the rooms.

Good rooms, good location. Stayed in two rooms, one booked by the firm, and then extended personally. I was happy mostly, but i had just one complaint. Despite giving multiple requests for lords facing rooms, we were not given any. It is a minor issue, but that simple request would have improved my rating. Do not come early, even with multiple requests they will not entertain early check ins. Decent breakfast, but it is the same every day so after 2-3 days it gets boring and repetitive. Good location, right opposite lords. Good connectivity via public transit. A bus stop around the corner and 2 tube stations (st john's woods and baker street) within 10 minute walk. Paddington station is 10 minute cab ride away.

Excellent hotel. Good location with lords cricket stadium next to it. On request they gave me a higher floor with a view of regents park. Nearest metro is just on 5 mins. Walk. Breakfast was good and they prepared egg white masala omelette on my request. Highly recommend.

Situated in a peaceful location, but close to some small market places, danubius is a great place to stay. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Lovely location, a stone's throw from lords cricket ground and minutes away from the iconic Abbey Road studios. Very well-connected to the tourist places like baker street and Oxford street. Good service, polite staff, good breakfast.

Location is best as nearby places are best.

The hotel staff was very kind and courteous. The services are extremely good and in terms of cleanliness, amenities, etc. The hotel stands excellent.

Premium Hotel next to lord cricket ground. But if walk from st john metro Station, however bus facility from London central mosque stop was nearby. Close to madam Tussadas and other central London attractions. Mumtaz is a good indian restaurant near by. Staff at front office were unprofessional however their manager were understanding and issues got sorted. Some rooms are very small we had to request for change in the room which was quickly done.

The Hotel was good, good location and rooms too.
