Cromwell International Hotel

the location was ideal with good commute options. also there are a lot of food / restaurant options around

In my experience especially as a female l have found this to be very unsafe. One day when we came back to the hotel our room was unlocked, one kitbag with valuables went missing with some clothes and 2 suitcases were unlocked and visibility someone had touched our stuff. All of this happened on the day when i thought of staying back in the hotel because i was unwell. First of all i felt very safe that i didn't stay back because this seemed very threatening. We very calmly spoke to the receptionist to check with the management and reimburse us not just for our loss of valuables and threat to our safety. It's been 2 days and there is literally no updates whatsoever. Everyday they are saying this will be done tomorrow. This really is not about the valuables lost but about how unhelpful the management has been of the hotel in resolving this mess and much more than that the safety of an individual. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone especially females.

Room was in basement, shower not working and was very old. It was old room and finishing not good. Only location is good but all other things are very bad. Not recommended for family

Cromwell international hotel very nice and room is excellent staf very corporate

The offering could have been top notch had complimentary breakfast been served. Apart from that, the ambience was splendid. Courteous and friendly staff.
