Good hotel. Good location. Courteous staff. Neat & cleans rooms. 24 hours complimentary coffee machine & fresh apples in hotel lobby. No indian food.

I really liked the location of this hotel. Both lancaster gate & paddington underground stations were really accessible. The super market was very close too. A short walk to kensington gardens. It had all the amenities you need. However the deluxe double room was too tiny for two people. And the bed was a bit small too. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location near paddington

A home away from home, my stay at this hotel was fabulous. Location, service, food. Everything was very good and a special mention for mr. Irfan who was extremely helpful. Will definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to london!

The location of the hotel is the key highlight, the staff is polite and helpful. Food was good to. The only disappointing factor was the room and washroom sizes.

I booked here because all famous location is nearby, you can grab tube or train easily from paddington station. Hotel staff was very much helpful. Room was excellent and backyard was best place to do work peacefully.

Hotel staff was very nice, humble and supportive. Good breakfast, less vegetarian option but was enough to be full. Located at city center so getting to the business centers was easy. Overall good hotel with nice hospitality, would recommend this hotel for business trip.

Overall hotel is good, location was at city centre. Connectivity to city centre is well maintained. Great staff with good Hosptiality. Overall nice hotel for 2-3 day trip. Very well maintained and cleaned. God breakfast served although les option for Vegeterian but good stuff.
