Please do not give the deposit at the time of your stay. They took 100 pounds from me as a deposit. And they didn’t returned me back. They told me that you have smoked in the room. They never told me it is a non smoking room or a non smoking hotel. And it was nowhere mentioned in the booking site or anywhere in the hotel or room that it is a non smoking property
