Terrible Stay

Location is good, 5 minutes walk from Paddington station that can get you almost everywhere in England. Neighborhood is full of hotels and house stays. Dining room available but they don't have f&b service. They don't even have a water stat Normandie hotel is avoidable, not worth the money spent. No elevator, poor maintenance and services not functional. Hot water bath? forget it. Working fan in summers, don't think about it. Once checked in, no one bothers to talk to you even if you called several times

Greatly disappointed

We were greatly disappointed with Normandie hotel. There was no lift to carry our huge bags the steps were narrow, no hotel staff available to help and over and above there was a very rude and unfriendly person manning there reception. We walked out of the hotel in protest with out even checking in to the hotel.
