Good low frills stay

Its a good low frills hotel. Rooms are okay for a single person but can be a bit congested for a 2 people. Cleanliness a good and the staff is very helpful. Iron, coffee and iron board available 24/7. Overall a good place to stay if you only want to crash in in the room and want to roam around London during the rest of the day. Locality also good and peaceful.

The room was neat and tidy. However, the room heating was not working. Informed hotel management, they intimated that the technician was not available and can be rectified the next day. Request for change of room was not provided. Finally, we were given a room heater as a temporary measure, and we had to make do with it.
