It was a good stay. Overall hotel is at nice location. The only drawback was that the room was a bit small. And since we booked a queen size room, there was no view ( the window was leading to somebody’s home). Rest everything was great. They will offer you two water bottles on arrival, on consecutive days you have to buy it. Daily cleaning is done.

Stay was awesome and the location of the hotel was also amazing. Smooth check in amd smooth check out.

Very courteous and helpful staff. The room balcony right above the river Thames was very clean and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

all was good specially Alex was too good at reception, we never felt that we are in some other country..he made us feel so homely

Location is not favourable for those who are dependent on Uber cabs for early morning airport drop. I did wait for 45 mins to finally get a cab for the airport. The hotel taxi charges double the rate of Uber. So, both ways you will face an issue like I faced.

stayed a bit longer the location was amazing the nearby restaurants were yummy taxis and public transport was good Canada water station is convenient to go anywhere this is one of the biggest advantage the hotel is clean and brilliant

The property has really great views but it needs lots of maintenance the pathways to rooms are claustrophobic it’s like staying ina. Ship the views are great though and the people at reception are very warm welcoming and really sweet. They in fact have me a room with great great view when i said if i could get a room from where i could see the sunrise as well as sun however the air conditions in room weren’t working so they gave are a oil heater but worst is yeah main person at their inky restaurant he was very uptight and when i requested for room service in morning he was very rude in answering and even refuse to help with making an omelette but rest of the staff and servers were really exceptional

Overall it was a good hotel but the place was very cozy with no view at all. Though it was shown as river view.

It was an amazing experience and stay. Property is very nice and well connected. Food was also very tasty.

The cleanliness and ambience was very nice. The only issue i had was the unwelcoming behaviour by the room service/housekeeping. Delivering small milk sachets was somehow a very big deal for them and they stopped answering our phone calls for just 2 milk sachets. Branded hotel but 2star hotel behaviour

Rooms are near and clean but bit tiny. And everything is chargeable even water bottles are also chargeable not given as complimentary. Only english breakfast they serve which we indians can't have every day. As it is a tourist place and their main customers are tourists they should add some other items in their menu what i feel. And generally tooth kit and some other items are given as complimentary but they are selling these items in their vending machine surprisingly.

Beautiful contributive property next to the riverside. The twin occupancy rooms are bigger and very spacious. Also they have free access to canary wharf that has a lot of restaurants and pubs at the mall and outside making it very very convenient. The cafe at the hotel serves lovely fish and chips too )

Amazing riverbank view and all major tourist attractions are near by so we could enjoy by walking. Good location.

The hotel is at a beautiful location having a convenient ferry running through canary wharf pier, every 10 minutes however the room service wasn’t great.

Wasn’t given the room that was asked for during the booking. The hotel staff had no other answer other than “sorry, it’s not available”. Why should i pay for what i’m not going to get!

Awesome location, easy connectivity, complimentary ferry, friendly staff and great service, will stay and recommend strongly. Memorable.

Cookies were very nice. Tube location was around 650 meter and DLR location was around 600 meter to the ferry point. Have to take ferry to the hotel if entering from canary wharf side which is complimentary. Overall very good experience. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Cons bathroom very small.

Its not up-to the mark of Indian Hilton's in terms Room space, room services or the grandeur.
