Food was just ok. One pepsi cost rs 300 per pc. Bathroom was not clear. They are not maintaining property properly.

Location reasonably good service very average was given keys to the room carried our bags up opened the door with keys provided guess what guest inside i apologised and came back down carrying all the baggage given another room no one offered to help to carry bag up on 14 8 pm asked for room service was told football final go down and bring up your drinks from the bar

The hotel is at prime location all major locations are 10-20 mins away. We used bus mostly. The rooms were good. The breakfast was splendid. And the staff at the reception were were friendly and supportive.

Rooms were pretty small and congested, unlike what was shown in the images. Location is good and near to kings cross station. Hotel staffs were very courteous and helpful.

Location good location. Its in central London. Food more vegan options for breakfast is welcome. Also understanding what is vegan food is important. Vegan only plant based food. Cruelty free food. No milk and its products. No eggs and no meat.

Its four star hotel but its housekeeping is just two star. Rooms are cleaned by late afternoon and that too superficially. No lien changed for 3 days. They don't even clean used cups and glasses. Pathetic.

Overall a decent place at the heart of the city. The train station is about 10-15 mins of walk. But then we made use of uber most of the time. If you are travelling with big suitcases. Better to ask assistance for a cab booking from hotel. It's way cheaper than uber. The guy who came to drop us from Crowne plaza to heathrow charged about high where uber was showing the fare between low for a 6 seater vehicle.

Hotel is quite nice, however, not near to the main area. Subway Station is also not close. Overall, the hotel is good. Staff is friendly, breakfast spread is nice, rooms are spacious and clean. Would recommend staying if you don't mind 15-20 mins walking to get anywhere.

The location is odd. The distance between hotel and Station is not walkable. There are not much options for vegetarians for food. Rooms are nice and clean.

This hotel looks a bit run down - was very surprised at the general dull look of the hotel. The bathroom looks sad. No hand shower. No shower caps provided. The taps the bathroom date back to 19th century! Food by Chef Sreedharan was good cuisine is from South Indian state Kerala.
