Good service, staff are nice, rooms are clean, very close to train station and bus station, pleasant stay

Room were good and spacious amenities were provided but staff is so arrogant specially a girl at reception with blonde hair. No smile on her face all the time wired look rest they took my credit card for security amount money got deducted from my account they said it ill return at a time still not refunded very bad this doesn't expect with such a hotel and make my trip

The property is located near the major stations for easy travel to london and other locations nearby. I had booked a room with breakfast and it was decent for the price i paid. The room was quite spacious and had all the basic amenities. The service was prompt and we faced no such problem with the hotel staff or service. Overall a good stay and would prefer to stay the next time as well here.

Not well managed where the cleanliness is concerned, location is v far from main london.

Hi fellow travellers. I recently stayed at this property and would like to share my experience. The room we got was quite good in terms of size and view (from the window. However, the cleaning of the room was below par and quite disappointing. Additionally, we availed the free breakfast but found it quite terrible to be honest. It was surprising to see that the basic tea and coffee was bad. And they didn't have any great options for vegetarians as well. Do stay at the property if you need to, but i would recommend looking for better options if possible.

The rooms were sparkling clean and were very spacious. The location was perfect but the room service needs to be improved.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. The Starbucks in the coffee shop is a great convenience. They had reasonably acceptable veg food. It makes sense to go for the 22.5 Pound buffet breakfast. The dinning restaurant west was also quite decent.
