Awesome Budget London Hotel

The Garden View Hotel was located in the heart of Earl's Court and yet far away from the traffic noise. This is at Nevern Square which is hop skip and jump from the Earl's Court tube station's Warwick road enterance and also close to the Earl's Court Station bus stop. The eateries and stores closest to the Garden View Hotel are a Tesco Superstore which is a 24hrs store, Sainsbury, Pret A Manger Sandwich Shop, Nero Coffee, Mc Donald's, Burger King and many English Pubs. The Garden View Hotel has a small elevator which just about fits one man with 2 suitcases. Do not expect the generous sizes of Garden View Hotel rooms in India, they are small in the UK but good enough for a couple. They also have family rooms with 3 and 4 beds. The rooms were regularly cleaned however they don't change the linen as often they would in Garden View Hotels in India. Hotel water and toiletries are available. The room heater is also quite effective. The only downside to the whole Garden View Hotel experience is that they don't have a kitchen so do not expect any hot meal room service. All they can offer is cereals, bread butter and jam with juices for breakfast at the breakfast room on the ground floor. But the best part is that Earl's Court Tube station has both Piccadilly and District lines which get you into central London like a dream and also connects to Heathrow. All in all a very good budget place to reside on the border of central London.

Excellent Garden View Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi was a big boon. Room was cleaned and bed sheets, towels, etc, were changed every day. The complimentary breakfast was good, but there was very little variety. While bread, tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice were provided for breakfast, I suggest that fruits, pastries, croissant etc could also be provided.
