I stayed for 6 days in the month of February 2020 during a visit to my company's office in London. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was always kept very clean and tidy though the size is extremely small. The complementary breakfast too was fresh and good but I suggest that you add some more variety. The location is perhaps the biggest plus as you can easily walk down to the Victoria station to commute anywhere in London. Perhaps the only thing left to be desired was the swipe card used for entry into the building and my room. It would respond a little late and at times I had to try multiple times to get in. All-in all, I was pleased with my stay and would surely recommend to my friends visiting London.
