It was a very good experience with the signature 1 hotel staff is very helpful and location if the hotel is very convenient, I will wish to stay again in this hotel

It was an amazing experience and hospitality that I got in signature 1 hotel. Hotel staff was good and they have maintain hygienic when it comes to the food and room maintenance.

Lot of issues with this hotel. Smoking smell everywhere and they collect deposit. Basic amenities not provided. Water is either extremely hot or cold and never addressed even after multiple complaints

Reception is rude

I booked on make my trip and had to wait at the reception for more than a hour as the booking did not reflect in the system

This hotel is located in a good busy location but almost 1 km from metro station. Its close to marina and other tourist place. The amenities are average but affordable. Good value for money, hotel is clean but not very well organised. Hospitality can be better.

I stayed with my brother only four nights which is good experience in my life, good job all of them who assisted me always

They took a deposit from me of aed 200 which was not mentioned in the itinerary but got the back the time of checkout
