Jaisa photos, service aur amenities likha hai waisa kuch bhi nahi hai, room service bhi bahout kharab hai, every day breakfast and room cleaning k liye call krna padta hai, room furniture bhi bahout purana hai. Verry bad experience raha hai.

I stayed at Palm Beach Hotel for 12 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I found the room to be unclean, with visible mold and an unpleasant smell. I asked the reception if I could cancel or change the room, but was told that cancellations were not possible. I contacted MakeMyTrip, the platform I used to book the stay, but my calls were disconnected, and my email was not responded to. Since the stay was prepaid and non refundable, I had no choice but to continue with the booking. During the stay, I noticed the presence of cockroaches in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. When I requested a kettle to make coffee, I was initially told it was unavailable. Later, when one was provided, it was unclean and had a strong odor. I want to give credit to one of the housekeeping staff who genuinely tried to help and make the room more manageable. However, I did not find the reception staff to be helpful or welcoming during my stay. Overall, this was not the standard I expected, and I would not choose to stay at Palm Beach Hotel again. I also had a disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip’s customer service and will be reconsidering future bookings through their platform.

I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, even though we had already paid the tourism fee of AED 20 for 2 days, the hotel staff refused to allow us to check in unless we paid an additional AED 75. When we questioned this extra charge, they simply said, "It’s our policy," and became aggressive when we asked for clarification or a complaint procedure. The receptionist even shouted at us and told us to complain to the online booking platform. Reluctantly, we paid the additional AED 75 just to avoid more trouble and checked in. However, the issues didn’t stop there. The room we were given did not include all the amenities that were clearly mentioned in the booking. When we brought this to the reception's attention, they were dismissive and again told us to deal with the booking platform, saying it was not their problem. The most shocking part of our stay was the following morning. While we were still inside the room, a staff member used a spare access card and **entered our room without knocking or any permission**. This was a serious violation of our privacy. When I complained to the manager, he was equally rude and arrogant, showed no concern, and offered no apology. In fact, they kept shouting at us and said, “Do whatever you can do.” This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise other travelers to be cautious when booking this place. Poor service, zero respect for guests’ privacy, and completely unprofessional behavior from the staff.
