Room services not available on time, Room cleaning another challenge. This is not a family hotel. The reception are during the night time gives the negative vibes to family.

The rooms were very dirty cleaning staff will never come I stayed for 8 days they always have excuse for cleaning and they will not even change the towels and to use dirty washrooms because they will not adjust to your timings

food i can not try location is not good i was order only ice cues in every hotel ice cues is free but this hotel take charges 10 per bucket

good location. The washroom is ok not that much comfortable and I don't get tissue paper there. and it's better to change towels that were too old and rough

Jaisa photos, service aur amenities likha hai waisa kuch bhi nahi hai, room service bhi bahout kharab hai, every day breakfast and room cleaning k liye call krna padta hai, room furniture bhi bahout purana hai. Verry bad experience raha hai.

I stayed at Palm Beach Hotel for 12 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I found the room to be unclean, with visible mold and an unpleasant smell. I asked the reception if I could cancel or change the room, but was told that cancellations were not possible. I contacted MakeMyTrip, the platform I used to book the stay, but my calls were disconnected, and my email was not responded to. Since the stay was prepaid and non refundable, I had no choice but to continue with the booking. During the stay, I noticed the presence of cockroaches in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. When I requested a kettle to make coffee, I was initially told it was unavailable. Later, when one was provided, it was unclean and had a strong odor. I want to give credit to one of the housekeeping staff who genuinely tried to help and make the room more manageable. However, I did not find the reception staff to be helpful or welcoming during my stay. Overall, this was not the standard I expected, and I would not choose to stay at Palm Beach Hotel again. I also had a disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip’s customer service and will be reconsidering future bookings through their platform.

Terrible terrible mismanagement from the front office guy. very rude and got no manners at all. He even didn't return my ID intentionally.
