location is far from everything food is good service is good, but we should keep asking to take it .. for example they are not always refilling the tea and coffee by them selves unless i ask.

Period of stay 29th may to 1st jun for 3 nights with family of 3. While the hotel ambience and rooms are great, the service experience is terrible as below: 1. Room service is pathetic. Even after calling 3 times to the room service (always took 30 mins minimum, they don’t send water bottles. 2. Staff is not at all friendly and sometimes rude. 3. Air conditioning in the room does not work automatically. You have to call the reception every-time you want to switch on the ac especially after coming back from outside. 4. They cancel-led a pre-booked hotel taxi to pick us up from land of legends in the night around 11. 30 even after pre-booking. We had to search for a local taxi on our own at the mid night and no information of cancellation is passed on to us until we called the hotel. This hotel is not at all tourist friendly.

Perfect place for family stay, excellent location, room size is very good & staff is very co-operative. Hotel maintain hygiene level as well as cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast is very good

The room service is very slow! they do-not do room cleaning even after saying so in morning! they do-not change towels even after asking them to do so in morning! it’s like they will take the towels and mugs but they won’t keep the fresh ones, so when your back at hotel you have to call the reception and they will say it’s coming and that won’t happen for next 30mins and then you call them again and again and again and then receptionist will say i have already asked to deliver they will do it! so like it’s a one hour job to get a towel then another hour for cup! it happened everyday and we used to come to hotel at night like 23:00 because we are in city to explore not to stay at hotel, you wouldn’t find any vegetarian menu so you are left with milk, cereals and fruits! chef was kind enough to give us fried fries other than that they do-not understand anything. Even bread wasn’t eggless! room services is pathetic and housekeeping too!
