The experience at castle old town was really bad. They gave us a room in which air conditioner was not working and upon complaining, they took their own sweet time(close to 20hr) to get it fixed. The hotel staff(especially the morning receptionist) was rude and unprofessional.

Hotel rooms are very small. The room we got for 3 people was the attic room, and it appeared v old. Firstly when we got in, it was dirty. Also the hygiene part the towels were not fresh. Breakfast was average. If you are vegetarian the apart from bread and olives there is not much for you. Even fruits are like 1 or 2. Few pics. From our stay

When my guest reached the hotel, the hotel said there is no booking in the name of the client. They rejected the checkin and didn’t even offer a refund.
