terrible experience. far from patong beach. old rooms with an ancient theme which looks terrible. The surroundings are also terrible

My experience in Seeka boutique is worst ever. It was so bad. They were rude. And they also stole my gold chain with pendant. I kept it on table and went to safari world and when I came back. I didn’t find my chain. Even I complained in police station but the cleaning staff not compromising

The receptionist was very rude. They didn’t clean the room on a daily basis and they wouldn’t unless you tell them for several hours. They give excuses all the time. They aren’t polite and only know how to extract money from the guests. Pathetic experience. Not worth the price paid for. P

The hotel is average for a budget stay the reception is helpful for tours, bikes etc. But there is no bell boy or hotel staff for luggage and check in

Also, it's about a 30-40 minute walk to patong beach which should be clearly mentioned since e even to get local transport (taxi or tuktuk, one has to walk to the main road for about 10 minutes. On the positive side, it has its own spa/massage service which has excellent staff. Overall, a good stay

The staff is rude, I took two different plates for fruits and eggs in the buffet breakfast and they gave me a look as if I demanded their kidneys.

This is one of the best Resort in Phuket. The stay is so awesome. The resort itself is a beautiful place to get pleasant stay. Everything you will get by walkable distance. The beach is also close by…..I highly recommend everyone to choose this resort. The staff are so friendly and helpful in giving every kind of information you need. The resort has a pool too I am sure you will enjoy a lot during your stay.
