Breakfast was very cold every single day, we asked them to warm it up. They simply denied. Cold bhatura, and raw cholle. Also 2 days no vegetarian food was provided. Room was just above the club which open till 3-4am. Very loud music and a lot of disturbance. We are already back here, we don’t have pictures now

Building Is Very Old. Rooms Are Very Bad Conditions For This Price . No Intercom Available, No Sleepers and Bathrobe. Housing Staff Is Very Rude and arrogant. Ac outlet are in balcony creats too much in room. Room and bath room locks are needs Maintaining repair.

The stay was really good, and so was the hotel staff. They were really co-operative and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. The food was good. The location of the hotel is a plus point as it is very near to the Patong Beach and also near the market.

Washroom quality is not at all good. Water was logging in bathroom. Water was logging in comod toilet, i am adding photo's of bathroom too. Staff was not good, i asked the staff to clean room once i will back in room in evening but they denied saying they are cleaning room still 4 pm. Noise issue- if you are staying on 2nd floor then you will disturb by lot of noise as there is market around hotel and busy street

Its location is plus point. Room cleaning and service was good. Spacious room with clean bathroom. Good place for exploring patong beach and night market.

we booked this hotel.for our guest. They room doesn't have a lock. In the night it is horrible to sleep anyone can knock your door anytime. They also deny for the breakfast at 09:40 AM and tell you can take breakfast from outside. pathetic service.

The hotel is superb. The location of the hotel is even better, just near patong beach. The size of the room is excellent for 3 adults as well. You can find all necessary items like currency conversion, restaurants, bars. Many more at walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked this property because the location is very good but when we arrived the person at the reception told us there is some problem in our room so he changed our hotel. He told another guest the same thing so i think he overbooked the rooms. Now we were shifted to another hotel which was further away from main attractions and the room was very small with mosquitoes. He packed and sent is breakfast to the other hotel so there were no options there and my husband and child are vegetarians and we were sent fruits and egg fried rice so they had no option other than fruits. Pathetic experience would not at all recommend this place to anyone! they wasted a lot of our time during the trip.

Location is very good, near to market and beach. But in breakfast no variety of vegetarian food was available. Support service of hotel is very poor.

It is worst experience of my life. Service of make my trip is horrible.

We were offered better hotel, fisherman's harbour, from same group ashlee, due to unavailability of rooms in bell aire. Hotel service was good, neat and clean, they served indian breakfast, it was good. Over all excellent experience.

Worst hotel not even rooms are nee t no response

Hi so we had a few difficulties while staying at this property like no phones, no english speaking staffs etc. So we had no phones to contact the reception, every-time we had to go down 4 floors. The staffs were not able to communicate properly. The were no options for vegetarians food.

It's very close to bangla road and there are mini cafes outside of the hotel which look fabulous at night.

Location is excellent. Can walk to patong beach via bangla market. It's in the middle of all the hustle. Breakfast options- are limited but okay at minimum charges.

Good location, near by bangla street, big size rooms staff is good.

I have booked the hotel due to its location to the beach. But the pics in display and the hotel don’t match at all. One of the worst surrounding with lots of homeless and drugs around the hotel. I have not even like to check in and left immediately and booked other hotel near by which cost lot

Location is good but cleanliness was not great

Cons: hardly any staff at hotel. No telephone line available in room to connect to room service. No restaurant. No elevator. Broken bathroom showers, hot water not available. Pro: good location. Big room.

Only location is good. Other than that nothing. We reached at morning 9 and there was no one at the reception. We waited for half an hour for somebody to arrive and give us the keys. Then we found out that the rooms were in the 4 floor and no power, no water till evening 6. We had made the payment so had to some how adjust and checked in. But this does not end here. Next 2 days when we wake up in the morning, there is no water in the wash room and no one in the reception. We had to purchase water bottles and use it in the wash room. I don suggest anybody this place
