Airport Mansion Phuket

This is a utility hotel where you can stay if you don't want to wait in the airport for catching an odd hour flight. It is only 5 mins drive to the airport and the hotel provides free shuttle services for its guests. Overall value for money.

Lot of noise and shouting in the night

Worth in price. Just next to airport. Provide 24x7 airport transfer as well.

It was nice for the Airport point of view

Literally the next wall to the hotel is where flights land. So little noisy sometimes.

Hotel was nice and clean and cooperative staff. Just 5-10 minutes walking distance from international/domestic airport. Except room there is no other service available like bar, restaurant, etc. No market nearby hotel. Only 7eleven and family mart is available. It's 30 to 40 km away from main Phuket downtown. It's outer area of Phuket city. From hotel to downtown return fare is approximately 1200 to 1500 Baht. In morning breakfast, only tea/coffee or 1 glass juice and one bowl of fried rice with egg/chicken/pork is provided. In the end, hotel is budget friendly, clean and suitable for arrival and departure international/domestic flight.

Walking distance from the Airport. We spend most of the time roaming. This cost us one third of what a stay at a much better hotel at Patong would. You get a functional room with all amenities and can head to the Airport peacefully. They provide a drop. For the two of us it was a sedan. Be prepared for perpetual roar of planes taking off and landing.

Pathetic service, no restaurant, no room service, no housekeeping and no toiletries.

No food available at hotel. Kitchen was closed, not a good experience in this hotel.

Hotel is perfect for staying for 1 night. It's worth the price. Quite clean and warm staff. The only issue we had was that we asked if their restaurant was open, they said yes but when we went there it was closed at 8 pm and there are very few options to eat around. Otherwise, a good hotel for short stay.

If you’re looking for a quick stay which is quiet and clean, this is the perfect place. Super close to the airport and has 24x7 Marta around too.

Good hotel if you are looking at stay close to Airport. Good hospitality, provided Airport pick up and drop promptly. Very small bathroom.

Great ambience, but stay is not that great.

The receptionist was extremely rude right from our check-in. The ac is our room wasn't working and we asked for a rectification at midnight. The night attendant was extremely rude. His response was, I've worked here for 7 years and I've never seen this problem. We had to wait for 15 minutes at 12:30 AM for the ac to start working, when it did not we were assigned a separate room. No courtesy nothing, just a go sleep in that room and come back to collect your luggage when you check-out. The hotel doesn't even bother to move the luggage to your room or outside. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all only due to the rude and apathetic behavior of the staff. A nonchalant attitude would been far more acceptable than this.

It was a transit travel and provided exactly what we were looking for clean room and bathroom, Airport shuttle and 5 mins distance from Airport. Superb stay.
