Washroom not good n ac issue Staff ko Bulaya Staff Aata Hai time for Aata Hai, but Staff all available 24×7, but AC washroom O Water is not working

Recommended if you wanna stay closeby to bangla street . Indian restaurant to eat nearby. You should stay here if you plan to be maximum time out of the room then it’s worthy.

The hotel is located at a walking distance from patong beach, bangla road, mall and market. Rooms are decent and have ac and other facilities. There is a swimming pool on roof top which is pretty good. Breakfast buffet is good.

Smelly room and too much noise because of the boxing stadium next to the hotel. Room service is also bad

The manager in the day time was very rude. I booked for bangla hotel which is their second property and then they shifted me to patong hotel and when i wanted to extend the charged me 200 baht. I had no option but to pay very pathetic behaviour and rude manager during t day time.

Lights were not working for an hour. Balcony gate was not able to lock due to which entire night we could not sleep.

Property location is good but that the only good part about this hotel. It is situated near bangla road. They have 2 buildings ine is 77 patong and other one is 77 bangla. I was in 77 bangla. Made reservation for deluxe room but was given superior. The rooms are old most of the facilities are not working. On the first day it took 2 hours for the locker guy to fix the locker at midnight. Next the key slot was not working. One needed to work on it for 5 mins to switch on the lights whenever you enter. Third air-conditioner was so slow that it usually takes half an hour to cool the room. After all the complaints the management was listening and we're very polite. They use to send technician for everything. But if you want to spend your holiday with technicians this is your hotel. I would never stay there again.

Good houskeeping service, rooms and toilet clean, all the staffs are friendly, location also good. Wifi internet not good
