Phi Phi Cozy Seafront Resort

First of all, the rooms were very bad. Not maintained properly, ants, mosquitoes and cockroaches were there. Even tough we booked with breakfast, they denied to provide breakfast. After long discussions they agreed to provide and the food provided were very cold and dry breads. Overall very worst hospitality and resort

The property is very far away from the pier and the guy who comes for pickup comes at only fixed timings. The room is very average for the price and the pictures are misleading as they don’t give the seafront room.

Can take fan only room as you spend your whole day out and in night temp is low, you yourself will switch off the AC. Beach view is nice. Location average.

All basic facilities available with clean room and good breakfast. Sea/beach view from the room balcony was awesome.

The over priced property had extremely tiny rooms where you couldn’t even have much space to put your luggage or move around. The bathrooms didn’t have a shower. The most expensive rooms in the hotel didn’t even have a mirror where we had to request to get a small mirror in the room. The room only had one tiny light which gets too dark in the night, The only source to take a shower was a mini faucet which is very inconvenient especially when you’re on a beach holiday and you’d wanna take a shower after a swim. The swimming pool wasn’t as big as shown in the picture and the water wasn’t clear. The hotel lobby had a terrible smell. The only good thing about the property is that it’s adjacent to the beach.

Had a poor experience with the stay. Looks good in the pictures but the reality unhygienic conditions.

Location very bad, rooms are also very bad Everything was bad. I Chang my Hotal when I See rooms. It was my very bad experiences with this Hotal
