We had a bit of a rough experience at the hotel. Our room was spacious, but the door wouldn't lock when we stepped out, so we had to call the receptionist to lock it for us. She assured us it was fine and would take care of it, which we trusted since we didn't have anything valuable in the room.
However, the next day when we checked out, the receptionist accused us of using a water bottle from the fridge, which we hadn't touched! They wouldn't listen to our explanation and charged us 35 baht for it. We were in a rush, so we ended up paying it reluctantly.
To make matters worse, they asked us to pay another bill, but didn't provide a receipt. Not great customer service, if you ask me!
On a separate note, the breakfast options were quite limited for vegetarians, which was a bit disappointing."
