criminals activity is thair hotel staff and maneger harassment travel and unnecessary demand money so don't go this hotel

The room received is not the same what I booked. Size is small, amnesties are not as described. Only the location is fine.

Booked 3 rooms at the Walking Street guest house on the walking street. The rooms were good, especially the one with the balcony was awesome. Clean, value for money and the staff is really wonderful. The location is too good for youngsters who'd like to enjoy the calm days and crazy evenings right in the heart of the Walking Street. Rooms are cleaned everyday by the wonderful staff and they replace everything and make it brand new for you! 2 water bottles are given complimentary everyday. 7-11, pubs, discos, go go bars, eateries are all within 2-min walking distance max. Good stay. But the receptionist were quite rude ladies.

My friend and I recently stayed at your guesthouse on Walking Street from April 25th to April 30th, and we wanted to express our sincere gratitude for a truly wonderful experience. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely recommend your guesthouse to our friends. While communication in English was somewhat limited, the staff were always polite and respectful and able to understand and answer basic questions regarding the guesthouse. For food i didn't ask the hotel.

I reduced 1 star because of the day time receptionist’s behavior. Night receptionist is good and polite. Room doesn’t boast much, even fresh air. There is a balcony, dirty scary and useless. But bathroom is very very clean and dry. There is enough amenities and bath towels. Ac works and fan also works. Worth the small amount because its in the middle of the most happening place in pattaya, walking street. Everything is nearby. Value for money stay.

Guest house is at heart of walking street. Access to all pub, bar and everything staff were cool and helpful. Clean hotel with fridge, comfy bed. Good for 2 people. Guests are allowed on extra charges 200 baht. No restrictions. Loved it for next time also will book this only. I recommend to everyone specially bachelors and small group

Best budget hotel in prime location. 24 hours reception. All indian restaurants near by. And mid in walking street.

Walking street guest house is a very guest friendly hotel. Reception ladies are very competitive. They gave me a nice room and there is no sound disturbance for good sleep. Finally i got comfortable stay. Everything is available near walking street guest house.

Small rooms neat and clean. Dont expect too much. You got what you paid for. Worth for the money. In middle of walking street.
