Nice hotel in a budget to stay. Though rooms are a bit old, they're in good condition. Only downside is guests not following no smoking rule

Location is excellent. Staff at the reception, dining are polite mannered and know what customer services is except house keeping. Again house keeping supervisor is very nice. If the supervisor is there room is cleaned properly if she is not around then….

The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and cozy. Stayed in sunshine hip a couple of times it feels like home.

We had booked room with a bath tube but it wasnt available when we checked in. We stayed there for 3 nights every morning we used to go the reception and check if the room which we wanted was available or not the receptionist would always say we will move you today by noon which never happened. One of the receptionist was rude and behaved as if they have done a favour on us by accepting our booking. The only advantage of this property is that its close to terminal 21 there is no other good point of booking this property. Also there was no one at the swimming pool and the water was terribly salty. Another good part of the his property was the dining staff they always welcomed us with a smile when we went for breakfast.

This is my fourth time stay in this hotel because the hotel is very nearer to everything for tourist and also the reception staff miss no-och always very very helpful in check in, check out and arranging transport. But this time stay i have missed my money kept inside the safety box in the room. I have complained to the hotel reception staff and manager about the money missing and also about their house keeping staff. Good hotel but some staffs are not good. Be careful about money whoever stay in this hotel.

This is my 3rd time stay in this hotel. Everything for tourist is very nearer to the hotel. Breakfast buffet is very tasty. Miss noochi helped me in early check in and miss morgan booked my bus to bk k airport by her credit card. All staffs are very good and helpful during my stay of 4 days. I will come again.

Staff was very helpfull. Property was just 5mins walk from the beach. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel is good they charge breakfast for small child which I don't like over all Hotel is good.

Located at walking distance for Pattaya Beach, Tiffany Show and famous Alcazar Show. For shoppers Marina and 21 Terminal Mall also at walking distance. Neat and clean rooms, courteous staff, no hassle in checking in and checking out. Overall a value for money.

Location is nearer to Beach and malls, good breakfast with verities, staffs are helpful. Miss AO is in reception is very helpful.

Best Hotel to stay at good place. Silent and near to all you go by and come by tuk tuk both the roads Beach road and second road. The receptionist are most welcome. Hotel is modern, neat and good breakfast.

This Hotel gave me the best stay in my entire tour of Thailand. Hotel is centrally located very close to Pattaya Beach and walking street. Staff was efficient polite and fluent in English. Breakfast and room service was good.
