The location is not connected to the road, the food and room service is not good... And bedding are not clean

Ac is not working property is good but location is far away from everything

No staff no housekeeping no slippers dint like service no veg food in breakfast for indian it's not good

Had horrible experience staying at this hotel. The location was secluded, away from any market or mart or beach. Only reason i chose this place because it was mentioned that they serve indian meal, which was not the case. Vegetarian option in breakfast was extremely limited. The restaurant served only breakfast. The wi-fi did not work in the room. Drinking water was not available. The room was horrible, the pool awfully small. Avoid this place at all cost!

Good maintained hotel. Little far from beach. Breakfast was nice. But there are dogs near the hotel so be aware.

Great place in pattaya. Rooms are big and clean. Receptionists are helpful and soft spoken. Ambience and breakfast buffet are worth every penny paid

Not good place. No electricity at night from 10 pm to 2 am. Not clean hotel. No good range for wifi. Usless to book. There is no night club. All fitness equipment are not in condition

No facility were provided by the reception very bad experience smelling rooms.

As per rating no facility were there i booked 4 rooms from 14 to 18th oct but left same day. No wi-fi was in rooms as shown that hotel provides high wi-fi. Asked for dental kit but after several call they didn’t provide. No proper ventilation facility in restaurant area

There is one drawback in golden tulip. Its wifi does not work on the upper floor. There is no oven in it. Wifi and oven are a must. Without these, work in the hotel is not possible. It is important that wifi must be there.

I have a good experience but water is not free. Microwave is not in a room. Either is good for others. Budget hotel with clean environment

Food quality is not good for indians. Very far from walking street & soi6. Staff service is too bed.

We had a very beautiful and pleasant stay, all the staffs were very good. We will definitely come back to this hotel soon
