It was a decent hotel with all the amenities but it is an old hotel so everything seems to be old but good

amazing stay at Bella, visited with family , no complaints at all, clean rooms , promt services, lovely breakfast, comfortable check-in and check out, and most importantly, superb location.

Bella villa primary is well located near beach and food outlets but away from the hustle n bustle of the vibrant nightlife

The Bella villa primary is a VFM stay option .All necessary amenities.No unnecessary frills which ultimately is paid by us :)).... Wholesome breakfast, Comfortable bed, Clean linen, good housekeeping, optimal staff, decent pool, near the beach and nice food options nearby too !! Will return again for sure , thankyou Bella .

Amazing hospitality clean room good breakfast staff well behaved near to market beach and other tourist attractions

I stayed at Bella Villa Prima Hotel in Pattaya for 10 days and had a truly wonderful experience throughout my stay. • Hospitality & Staff Service: The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their cooperative nature made the stay even more comfortable, whether it was at check-in, housekeeping, or general queries during my time there. • Room & Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and kept very clean. Housekeeping did a great job of ensuring everything was tidy and replenished daily. The overall comfort of the room added to the relaxing experience of my trip. • Overall Experience: What really stood out was the warm hospitality and the welcoming environment of the hotel. It gave a homely feel, and the service exceeded expectations. My 10-day stay was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free thanks to the attentive staff and the comfort of the facilities. I would highly recommend Bella Villa Prima Hotel, Pattaya to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable, and memorable stay. It’s a perfect blend of good service, cleanliness, and friendly hospitality.

The hotel has a very good location, just a 2–3 minute walk to the beach and several nearby attractions. There’s also a great street food spot close by offering both Indian and Thai options, which is a big plus. The rooms are average, equipped with only basic amenities and could definitely use an upgrade. The breakfast spread is limited, focusing mainly on American and Thai dishes. Indian options are not available every day, which can be a drawback for those looking for more variety. Overall, a convenient stay if you want proximity to the beach and local food, but the rooms and breakfast offerings leave room for improvement.

Hotel is very good condition and cleaning staff is very good behaviour cleaning is good swimming pool available. Gym available is very like this hotel.

Excellent stay. It was my 6th time stay at Bella villa prima soi 4 Pattaya. Always a great and comfortable stay. Everything is nearby and walking distance. For me this is the best hotel in Pattaya. Rooms are large. Good bed. Nice stay.

The rooms are very average and the hotel is short staffed, hence if we require anything in room, it used to take minimum one hour and five phone calls to the reception to get the things in our room. The air conditioning does not work in the rooms and the hotel is in dire need of renovation.

Rooms are good has all required amenities but refurbishment like bathtub has problem in closing outlet

The Jacuzzi bathtub at Bella Villa Prime hotel is very small. So, if you're booking this hotel specifically for the bathtub, it's not advisable. Also, the shower's location in the bathroom is quite inconvenient; you're forced to stand in the bathtub to shower. Otherwise, the room was good for the price.

Experience was drastic n terrible, bathroom facility like brushes, bathrobe etc was not provided n it was mentioned in their menu that if u have to take u must pay for it. I request all the Indians not to go for this property as they have charged unnecessary expenses on the tourist for the property that was already damaged.

It was pleasant stay at hotel, good hotel and helping hotels staff, swimming pool was good, I was stayed 10 night at this hotel.Thank you. Near by malls, beach road, etc.

Stay was fine but they charged us 150 baht for one soiled nepkin by our child which was unusual,otherwise our stay was quite comfortable.
