At Sea Residence

I have booked rooms with balcony but they give room with out balcony. everyday my room clean after 2 pm

It is located at one of the best location. Rooms are very specious and staff is very courteous. It was wonderful stay in the hotel. Would like to stay in the same hotel whenever i visit pattaya again. But there is one suggestion for the hotel to provide better quality and clean towels and bedsheets

Decent not too good very less staff only 3 ladies available and fine too much if the room is damaged the claim all your deposit and take more money

There was no bar, no restaurant inside the hotel, also i booked sea view, but not given by hotel. Got it

Property and location excellent. Apart from that nothing good. They charged extra for the room. No proper service. It didn't looked like a hotel. Looked like a lodge.

Very bad hospitality, i had booked with balcony but they did not provide, they provide a room without any window and packed room and charge 300 baht more

Hotel was good 4/5. Staff 1/5, Rude behaviour by staff, they not even give me proper reply about hotel stay for Nxt day And location 4/5 it’s jus to walking street enterance.

It’s really bad experience in staying at at sea residency hotel. All of a sudden we hear sounds from bathroom frequently. Unable to sleep with those sounds. I even changed the room but same sounds. The bath towels they provided is not hygiene they are very old and almost in torn stage.

It was very good the reception staff was very good and polite room was very nice along with the bathroom location was excellent on the walking street and closed to pattaya beach

Location- mind blowing one sea the other side walking street hotel staff- motherly atmosphere since all women's in their 50' are working hotel - would not recommend for a luxury stay but definitely a value for money, cleanliness and premium properties excellent

The location is the highlight of this hotel. Its next to the pattaya beach and walking street. The market is very accessible

Its the best location for the hotel it is the starting point of the walking street and i loved to stay there i am planning to stay there next time as well

Excellent service, big size room, comfortable bed but only one deficit weak ac machine otherwise all are excellent with position of hotel.

Big room. Everything is there for tea making. Free tooth brush along with tooth pest. Good locker in side the room. Everyday good service and room cleaning. Recommending for booking.

Sleep on time wake up on time, don’t do this don’t do that, don’t shout don’t laugh don’t talk, we made a mistake and for that we had gone through a punishment, we were thrown out from the hotel
