It is a great Novotel Chiangmai Nimman Journeyhub. Very clean properly. Great location. The best part is the Novotel Chiangmai Nimman Journeyhub front desk staff - all of them are very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was great. Highly recommended property.

The overall ambience of the Novotel Chiangmai Nimman Journeyhub was awesome. Room was quite spacious,with almost all available amenities. Of which,The most which I liked was there rooftop swimming pool and the beuty around it.

Room with king sized bed and balcony was really comfortable with separate toilet and bath area, which is really useful. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Hotel could have makeshift in-room massage arrangements instead of guests having to do the massages on the bed.
